About CST
Our Services
CST can help to improve a latch, calm a fussy baby, improve neck mobility, and increase milk production.
With extremely gentle touch we can find areas that are tight in your baby’s body, and release them so that the body just works better.
We offer Home Visits in Etobicoke, West and East Toronto, and in-clinic visits in Downtown Toronto.
Lactation Consultations: Expert breastfeeding support—at our office, your home, or online.
Speech Therapy Assessments: Speech and oral motor assessments for infants, toddlers, and children.
Parenting is hard
Struggling with one of these?
Tongue Ties and Feeding Struggles
It’s important to try CST before a tongue tie revision for best results. Book 3-4 days before a revision, and 1-2 days after. Sometimes after the first session of CST, a baby may not even need a release. Bodywork can improve a weak latch, a strong and painful latch, a chompy latch and clicking.
Trouble with Tummy Time
This is the first sign that there is discomfort in your baby. Making tummy time easier could have a positive effect on so many other things that are connected with being on their tummy, such as head shape, digestion, feeding and more.
Gassiness/Reflux/
Colic
Gassiness could be that your baby is swallowing too much air. Reflux could be tightness around the belly button, and colic could be pain between the shoulder blades. Either way, your baby is uncomfortable, and bodywork can help to ease the tension in their body causing the issues.
