Babies, toddlers, children, and teens.
And the parents who love them.

Infant Craniosacral

Feeding, sleeping, reflux, colic

We know you’re having a hard time. That’s why we’re here. Craniosacral can loosen up the muscles and tightness in your baby’s body that is keeping it from working at it’s full potential. This gentle touch therapy works wonders for babies with feeding, latching, digestion and sleep issues.

Cranio for Toddlers

Developmental Milestones, digestion and head shape

Are you wondering if your toddler that didn’t crawl with both legs needs to be looked at? Do you have a preschooler that isn’t verbalizing quite as quickly as you hoped? Is your kid constipated? Are you still concerned about the shape of your child’s head? Craniosacral can address these things and help to optimize your child’s development.

Cranio for Children and Teens

Anxiety, sports injuries, digestion

Our kids are having a tough time these days, too. Craniosacral can help by calming anxiety, reducing pain from growing pains and sports injuries, regulating emotions, and supporting a slow or speedy digestive tract.

Learn Craniosacral Therapy

Meaghan has been teaching Infant Craniosacral since 2021.

Learn craniosacral and have an impact on the families in your community. Babies don’t need to be in this much pain, and neither do their parents.

Discount Clinic with Abby Barclay

All babies deserve CST - not all families can afford it.

We believe craniosacral therapy should be accessible to every family that needs it, regardless of income.

Our Saturday Discount Clinic at 926 King Street West is offered by Abby Barclay, a trained CST practitioner who completed Infant CST Level 3 in 2024 after beginning her training with MyBaby founder Meaghan in 2022. Sessions are available at a significantly reduced rate so that cost is not the reason a family goes without care.

The lower price reflects our commitment to community access. It does not reflect the quality of care your family will receive.

Appointment slots are limited. To inquire about availability, call 647-372-0011

The Link Between Birth Trauma and Tongue Tie (and How to Heal It)

Lactation Support

Serving West Toronto & Halton Peel Region

Feeding your baby shouldn’t hurt. Whether you’re struggling with painful latch, supply concerns, or pumping challenges, our IBCLCs help you feel confident instead of defeated.

We combine lactation expertise with craniosacral therapy—addressing both feeding mechanics and the physical restrictions making it difficult for your baby.

In-home visits throughout West End GTA & Halton/Peel Region, virtual consultations, or in-clinic appointments at our King St. W office.

Feeding Therapy

Your child is struggling to eat, and you feel helpless. Our Speech-Language Pathologist addresses tongue ties care, feeding difficulties, and oral motor challenges—not in isolation, but as connected whole-body issues.

Andrea specializes in infant and child oral function, myofunctional therapy, and speech development. Combined with craniosacral therapy, we release the physical restrictions (tight jaw, compressed palate) to improve oral motor coordination.

Developmental Milestones

Rolling, sitting, crawling, cruising: each of these milestones is built on a foundation of movement patterns that develop in the earliest months. When a baby is compensating for tension in their body, skipping a movement stage, or struggling to reach milestones on their own timeline, an occupational therapy assessment gives families a clear picture of what is happening and what can support development from here.

Patty works with babies and toddlers on developmental milestones, gross motor development, and movement-based learning.

She also runs MyBaby In Motion, a workshop series designed to walk parents through the movement stages of the first year in real time.

Prenatal & Postnatal Massage

Jennifer works with clients through every stage of pregnancy and into the postpartum period, addressing the physical demands that rarely get enough attention.

Benefits:

  • Relief from pregnancy-related tension, back pain, hip discomfort, and nerve compression
  • Nervous system support for parents carrying stress, anxiety, or birth trauma in their bodies
  • Postpartum recovery addressing the structural and muscular changes after delivery
  • Scar tissue work for C-section recovery
  • Relaxation and deep tissue massage options tailored to your stage of the perinatal journey

Osteopathy

The body is designed to self-regulate and self-heal. When structural imbalances, tension patterns, or restrictions get in the way of that, osteopathy works to restore function from the inside out. Jennifer uses gentle, hands-on techniques to address the whole body, not just the site of pain or discomfort.

Osteopathy is available for clients aged 5 and up.

Benefits:

  • Assessment and treatment of structural imbalances affecting posture, movement, digestion, and constipation
  • Support for chronic pain, tension headaches, and jaw dysfunction
  • Treatment for children carrying tension patterns from birth or early development
  • Integrated care alongside our CST team for complex or longstanding cases
