From birth and beyond
We know babies.
We know how they move, how they feed, how their nervous system responds to the world, and what it looks like when something is getting in the way.
We understand development from the inside out, not just the milestones on a chart, but the tension patterns, the compensation strategies, the subtle signs that a body is working harder than it should.
When you walk through our door, you’re not explaining yourself to someone figuring it out alongside you. You’re talking to people who have seen this before and know exactly what to do next.

How We Work
babyYou’re exhausted. Your baby is crying. And nobody has given you an answer except “they’ll grow out of it.”
Excuse our language, but that’s garbage.
Every one on our team is trained in craniosacral, so we’re not giving excuses for your baby’s symptoms. We’re building a complete picture of their body mechanics and development.
We look at how your baby moves, feeds, and digests. We find what’s driving the symptoms and we address it from every angle.
You start with a CST initial assessment. Your practitioner assesses your baby’s body, treats what they find, and builds a treatment plan; usually weekly sessions for a few weeks.
As your baby’s needs become clearer, we bring in the right people from our team. And when you’re seeing more than one of us, we do our best to stack your appointments on the same day.
Because we know that getting out the door with a baby is hard enough.

Struggling with one of these?
Tongue Ties and Feeding Struggles
It’s important to have a few CST sessions before a tongue tie release for best results. Book 3-4 days before a procedure, and 1-2 days after.
Sometimes after a few sessions of CST, a release may no longer be required. CST and feeding therapy can improve a weak suck, a strong and painful latch, chomping and clicking.
Not tolerating Tummy Time
The brain develops optimally when babies can move easily on their tummy and turn their head in all directions.
CST and physiotherapy and extend tummy time, which has a positive effect on meeting milestones, head shape, digestion, feeding, eyesight, and behavior in childhood.
And literally so much more.
Gas/Reflux/
Colic
Gassiness might mean your baby is swallowing too much air. Reflux might be tightness in the fascia of the abdomen. Colic might be pain held between the shoulder blades.
The symptom is never the whole story. It’s a signal. And we’re trained to follow it back to the source.
Medication as a last resort.
