Since 2018, MyBaby Craniosacral has been offering in-home treatments for babies struggling with painful latch, tongue ties, digestive issues, colic symptoms and so much more. Our mission is to ease the transition from womb to world for both the baby and their family.

We are seeking an Infant Craniosacral Therapist that is focused on and passionate about infant health, growth and development, and overall wellness. This position includes visiting families in the comfort of their own homes and providing them relief from the symptoms their baby is experiencing using Craniosacral Therapy. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Home visits to clients to assess needs (requires arranging your own transportation)
• Administer Craniosacral Therapy/treatment to infants, children and family members
• Maintain detailed client records, including assessment and treatment notes during and after each appointment
• Educate families in infant feeding, tongue-tie, bodywork, infant psychology, infant sleep, attachment parenting, etc.
• Remain up to date on relevant techniques and trends in Infant Craniosacral resources in the form of webinars, mentorship, reading articles or books by esteemed authors, further education in craniosacral, podcasts by esteemed professionals
• Follow CMTO and MOH guidelines for COVID safety measures

Skills and Experience

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) required
• Craniosacral training, including Pediatric Craniosacral, required
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RMT
• Experience with pregnancy and postpartum clients is an asset
• Certificate in doula training an asset
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
• Able to provide kind and empathetic communication with clients
• Comfortable working with infants, children and their families

Education Requirements

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) required
• Craniosacral training, including Pediatric Craniosacral, required
• An RMT who has completed their 2200 hours and who has completed their craniosacral therapy specialty training
